Registration for the 2008 soccer season is now in progress. This year there are several options for Prospect United Soccer Club registration:

Registration Dates are as follows: Saturday 2nd, 9th, 16th February 2008 Between the times of 10:00am to 1:00pm

• Register by following the links on this page.
  Fees may be paid by cheque, money order, or cash.
   
• Register manually by downloading and completing the registration form from this site or by picking one up at the Prospect United Community Centre. Fees may be paid by cheque or money order only. The completed registration forms may be mailed to the following address:

Online Registration (Not available YET!)

To pre-register membership online, follow this link to the Prospect United Soccer Club Online Registration service. Registration fees may be paid by cash or cheque. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be returned to this web page.

This notice is very important notice. The levy is for fund raising to take place of Chocolate drives etc. The levy discount structure is $20 first child, $10 second child 3rd child $5 and fourth is FREE .

Required Supporting Documentation

All players (new and re-entering) this season to the Blacktown District must submit proof of age. This should be the player's birth certificate, passport and / or citizenship papers,100 points.

Please ensure that the proof of birth documentation is provided to the club with a copy of the registration form.   This is a requirement of the Prospect United Soccer Club.

2. Registration fee cash or cheque attached.
3. Proof of birth (as indicated above) attached.
