The Club was founded in 1970 with the aim of providing and fostering sport within the Prospect area.
Since it's first season of competition in 1971 we have been one of the strongest clubs in the district and will continue to strive to achieve this goal in the new millennium.
The Club caters for all ages and skill levels from Under 6's to State League. Our main aim is to have all players enjoy the game of soccer and develop sportsmanship and teamwork.
Our State League side since 1987 has kept a high standard of soccer within our club, which has given our juniors something to strive for (and achieve) in years to come.
The Club's Life Members have been an essential part in the success of the Club and have been immortalised on our Life Members board located in the canteen.
The new season promises to be very exciting with new ideas and continued success on and off the field.

Well it’s a grand-old team to play for,
It’s a grand old team to see,
And if you know your history,
It’s enough to make your heart go woooooo,
We don’t care what (opposition team name) say,
What do we care,
‘Cause we always know that there’s gonna be a show,
When United will be there!
GO THE REDS !!!!
